WEEK 1
Onboarding and Prep
We begin with a deep intake so I fully understand your history, goals, habits, and any medical considerations. You’ll get a clear, simple starter plan, the “Nourish Like You Mean It” guide, and a short prep checklist so you start with momentum — plus extra hand-holding during these first few days while you settle in.
WEEK 2
Nutrition Foundation
This week we build your foundation, simple plate templates, portion flow, and meal pairing strategies that fit your tastes and schedule. I’ll coach you on practical swaps and routines so you feel confident making nourishing choices without counting calories.
WEEK 3
Habit Design
We focus on habit design and small rituals that make healthy choices automatic like hydration, prep rhythms, and mini habits that prevent decision fatigue. I’ll give daily feedback to reinforce wins, and we’ll track non-scale improvements (energy, sleep, mood) so you can see progress beyond the scale.
WEEK 4
Tackling Cravings
Here we tackle real-life interruptions: dining out, travel, parties, emotional eating, and cravings. You’ll get real scripts, menu strategies, and mindset tools to navigate social situations with ease — plus targeted swaps and plan adjustments for any setbacks.
WEEK 5
Integration Strategies
Now we integrate everything into a flexible, real-life routine: advanced pairing tactics, meal-timing tweaks for your energy, and confidence-building practices so healthy eating feels natural. I’ll help you refine any lingering trouble spots and prepare you to sustain progress independently.
WEEK 6
Celebrate & Next Steps
Sustainable change is gradual. We celebrate non-scale wins, build consistency through habits, and rely on small, faithful, daily steps that compound over time. Hold fast to the process as freedom follows persistence. You will also get an invitation to my advanced program for continuation.
